I began my alternative therapy journey over 25 years ago by studying an ITEC in Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage, followed by an ITEC in Aromatherapy, IIHHT in Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage.
Quite by accident I was looking for a therapy to complement and boost my treatments and found Jikiden Reiki. I didn't know that there were different types of reiki under the umbrella or even that there were different "western" umbrellas. Jikiden Reiki is "directly taught in the original style and way" passed down from teacher to student from its birthplace in Japan.
It is a unique and amazing treatment to rebalance and reconnect, most similar in style to acupuncture in that it is about Japanese "ki" energy (chi in Chinese) but with no needles or pressure points, just a gentle touch. All you do is remove your shoes and lie down...
I combine all my knowledge in alternative therapies to offer a treatment tailor made for you ~ I charge per session and we take a holistic approach to decide which treatment or combination of treatments would suit you best.
I am a medium and can offer one2one readings as well as group sessions.
There are no Mediumship Evenings scheduled at the present time.

Jikiden reiki is a pure, simple and original Japanese energy healing system originating from the founder, Mikao Usui. A treatment re-awakens the natural healing process we all possess by focusing energy in areas where it is most needed. It works on not only the body and physical problems such as aches and pains or headaches but also on the mind to improve mood and rebalance the emotions.

Standard Treatment: hands are placed on the head, feet and body to feel "byosen"; the concept of following sensations in the hands which tell where there are the most toxins, injuries or problem areas in the body. Incredibly relaxing and finished with Ketsueki kokkan-ho a unique massage technique.

Psychological Treatment: a hands-off treatment to help with fears, phobias, addictions, lack of confidence, anger, panic attacks, anxiety ~ the list is endless as long as you can pin point your problem. This can be used in conjunction with a traditional therapy with a medical professional.
